  • Profiling your arrears segments. Therefore allowing you to understand what the best and worst tenant groups are in terms of collection, and embedding a better understanding of what groups make up the population of your arrears.
  • Submission frequency vs. your peers.
  • NPV of collection rates, including collections to date and the value of established payment plans. This helps with FRS102 accounting rules.
