Our client is seeking to appoint an driven and proactive project manager / facilities manager. They are pleased to be at the forefront of housing. The scheme in question is a flagship redevelopment site within London and certainly add to any CV. The role involves acting as the right hand person for the Head of Department heading up the Scheme.
It is an exciting time for our client who recently completed an exciting regeneration project that is set to become one of London’s major new residential destinations. The entire village encapsulates over 55 hectares of open green space.
With the development now complete, our client is looking for a skilled individual to drive the project forward over the next six months. Our client now looks to occupy these contemporary new apartments to residents aged 55 and over. This role therefore may involve some sales and certainly a can do attitude. You will act as a representative for our client, presenting the complex and the individual units to visitors, potential buyers, tenants and other individuals from the housing sector. You will also be expected bring a can do attitude to resolving any “snags” this new scheme may throw up. Housing service business skills and/or sales experience would be beneficial.
This is initially 6month contract which may turn permanent. £50k pro rata.
